What version of Vray for SketchUp are you using? What version of SketchUp are you really using? You put SketchUp for Schools in your forum profile. That is a web based version for young school childrenand has no way to use Vray for SketchUp. What is the operating system on your MacBook Pro? Click on the Apple icon at the top left of the screen to find the information.
Have you tried contacting Vray Support at ChaosGroup?
