Hi! I am trying to render a bathroom that has an ogee edge profile on the countertops, and the slab material I am using is not taking well to the profile. Does anyone have some guidance on how to make this look better? Thanks in advance!

You have to map it or apply the material as projected texture.

Select the object - right click - choose V-Ray UV tools, chose the first option (tri-planar world fit)
