Visibility of an edge depending on the scene

I WANT TO SHOW SOME EDGES (SEE IMAGES ATTACHED) DEPENDING ON THE SCENE I AM IN.

IN THE MODEL THE EDGES ARE HIDDEN

SCENE 1 ATTACHED: I WANT TO SHAW THO MARKED EDGES. STYLE 1 IS APPLIED:
“HIDE GEOMETRY”: BLANK IS NOT CHECKED
“HIDDEN OBJECT”: BLANK IS CHECKED

SCENE 2 ATTACHED: I DON’T WANT TO SHAW THO MARKED EDGES. STYLE 2 IS APPLIED:
“HIDE GEOMETRY”: BLANK IS NOT CHECKED
“HIDDEN OBJECT”: BLANK IS NOT CHECKED

Hello,
You can always put your edge on a separate layer (tags in sketchup 2020) even though it is usually not recommended, but that way you’ll be able to hide/show them by changing scene

Ok thank you likewise, but i do prefer not to create new tags. No more options changing style options (hide objects…)?
Thank you again

You should include “Hidden Geometry” checked in what is saved in your scenes.
There are three different options that way to see your edges:

  • edges fully displayed / scene1
  • edges hidden and displayed as hidden (display ‘Hidden Geometry’ on) / scene2
  • edges not visible due to being hidden (and display ‘Hidden Gepometry’ off) / scene3

You seem to want something like scene1 and scene3.
