Hey gang, I’m having problems downloading my .skp files from Trimble Connect. It worked fine on previous files, but not today. The App keeps crashing trying to load the files. Could use some help. I’m on an iPad mini 2 iOS 12.5.5

@MikeTadros Would you have an interest in this file, as a test case?
David, do you use a computer, and could try app.sketchup.com, to see if the model loads ok there? If it does you might be able to simplify it a little, to make it easier for the iPad to handle. At this point your iPad is 8 years old, and may not cope so well with demanding models.
