View Port Shift up Refresh

Hello All…

Since the latest 2023 Sketchup Pro update I have been noticing that upon view port refresh in layout that my isometric scenes arbitrarily shift every time varying degress of movment. Sometimes zoom shifts sometimes positions shifts… I have tried numerous things and nothing seems to work… Any help would be appreciated…

This is a known issue. The developers are working on a fix.

Viewport shifting resolved with LO 2023.1

Hello all, In the 2022.1 release, we made changes to how viewports were handled by establishing a more logical camera target and preventing “Preserve Scale” from being turned off to create a better experience when entering a SketchUp model viewport. However with this improvement we discovered significant issues when the new camera target did not match what was originally passed in from SketchUp (by even adjusting the viewport size) so updating a model reference could/would cause a shift as the …
