VERY strange ghost shadow appearing in my mp4 animations and png images
omg, what’s that???
It seems to be the shadows of the door’s panels (open doors panels) that are in a tag not visible at this point and time
So why am I getting shadows of an element that belongs to a tag that is off?
What version of SketchUp are you using? You indicated Free Plan of SketchUp 2023. There is no such thing. Are you using a cracked version of SketchUp?

at home my free version also did show those ghost shadow, so I came here hoping to fix it
For the third time there is no Free Plan of SketchUp 2023 Pro. Or is your friend using a cracked version? This information is important for being able to help you. Also sharing the SketchUp file is important.
I was on a 7 days free plan, i don’t know if its version 23 or another
Between incorrect and false information and a lack of a SketchUp model to look at you’re making it essentially impossible for us to help you.
Is your model very far from the model origin, or are the extents very large?
It also looks like something that used to require an extension called “Shadow strings fix” to correct, but I don’t think that is longer relevant.
