Verify email

My clients receive the message “Your Trimble account is nearly ready. Please click the link in your email to activate the account.” When I sign in, but when I check my email I didn’t see any emails from Trimble or SketchUp, even in Spam.

I have tried to apply for a new member. And try to click forgot the password but it doesn’t work

At this time, my clients have to use the trial even though they have purchased Subscription.

Pls do not post your email, spambots gather those.
Look in your spam folder for activation mail from trimble

I have alerted the right team so that they know the email isn’t getting through to your client.

I already heard back from that team. If your client tries to sign in and does a forgot password, it should work.
