Validation failed - Email has already been taken

I am unable to sign up/enroll to any SketchUp Campus Courses.
As I choose to enroll to any campus course and entered my credentials to log in, I would be redirected to the main page of courses selection with the following error message on the address bar:

SketchUp Campus.

I’m using Chrome Version 121.0.6167.185 (Official Build) (32-bit) if that matters.

Is there any possible resolution to this issue?

What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile says 2021 Free Plan but there is no such thing. Are you using a cracked version?

If the e-mail address shows as already being taken, that would imply that you’ve made an account in the past with it.

I am attempting to enroll through the SketchUp Campus website (learn.sketchup.com). I don’t suppose the version of SketchUp I’m using matters in this case?

I registered a new account to enroll into SketchUp Campus course. The new account registration was successful since I am able to log in into the account and access the account management page.

What I am unable to do is to enroll into a new course. As I attempt to enroll into a new course, I am led back to the main page with “validation&message=Validation+failed%3A+Email+has+already+been+taken” in the address bar.

I even deleted my Trimble account and re-registered with the same details to see if it helps fix the problem but the same validation error is encountered.

After deleting a Trimble ID, you need to wait 72 hours before creating a new one with the same email address.
Maybe that’s bogging.

I hope you don’t mind this folllow up, but I’m having exactly the same problem. Can you advise if you were able to resolve it, and how?
