Sketchup campus - can't access courses

Anyone help?

Im a paid up SketchupPro user, trying to enrol in a free campus course, but after selecting ‘enrol’ I’m just cycled back to the main Campus ‘Courses’ menu…

Thanks for coming back to me - I’m using Google Chrome - I havent’ tried Bing but I’d rather use Chrome if possible.

I can see this displaying in the URL bar:

I’ve tried logging out and logging in again, but just keep going round in circles. The ‘Enroll’ button cycles back round to the campus screen…

Hi @ophelie, thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing the campus site. As this is an old thread and there were several suggestions made in it, I may need to ask you some questions to try and figure out what is wrong. First thing I need to know is what browser you are using to access the courses and if your profile info is up to date. It may affect how I proceed so I need to make sure I have accurate info before we can start troubleshooting.

I am using Firefox 136.0.1 (64 bits). Same issue with Chrome 134.0.6998.89 (Build officiel) (64 bits). I don’t know if my profile is up to date as I can’t sign in. I am connected with my Trimble account from Sketchup pro, and my trimble account is up to date…

Excellent, thanks for the info I asked about. As a first step in the troubleshooting process can you try using Chrome and let me know if that helps at all? I want to try and determine if the issue is on your end or ours and swapping to a different browser will help me figure that out. I’ll also try pinging our servers and run a few manual login tests to see if I can get any info to figure this out.

Thanks @ophelie, that helps me a lot. I just finished pinging the servers and tested the login process manually so everything seems to be working on our end so that in combination with your provided info tells me that the problem is somewhere on an account level.

Are you getting any particular error messages as you attempt to enroll in a course or is it just kicking you back to the menu at the start?

Hi @arc_tao, thanks for the post. I had to do some behind the scenes work with our database system to resolve this issue for the last user. Can you send me a private message with your email address so I can locate you in our database and try to reset your login?

I think I need some kind of system reset on your side…
I’ve been suffering the same Campus loop-de-loop frustration for a few days now.

I’ve already enrolled in several courses, watched two already, but lately, the system is broken for me.

Hi Mike, I have unenrolled you from incomplete courses. This should fix the issue, you will just have to re-enroll in the specific courses. Please let me know if this fix works. If not, there may be a couple other options I can try before opening a ticket with the Campus support vendor.

Hi John, Chris here on the SketchUp Campus Team. Would you please try to access the courses now? You may need to re-enroll in them. I reset your enrollments, which should fix the issue. Let me know what you see on your end. Thanks
