We have purchased two active subscriptions—one for SketchUp Studio and another for SketchUp Pro We are using SketchUp primarily for solar plant design and rely on the Skelion extension to place solar PV modules.
However, while placing the PV modules, after selecting the surface, a dialog box appears stating:
“Free version allows only 10 panels.” please help me
Have you bought the Skelion Extension, it has a free trial but is a commercial extension.
no, but skelion is free, and does not create any issue in placing modules ?
I don’t know this extension, but for me the dialog box message above describes the limits of the free version. So it means exactly what it says there. The disadvantage of the free version is that it doesn’t allow more than 10 panels. You probably have those ten panels, so pay if you want more… this is just an assumption of course, go and ask them:
