I can't "install s4u" slice plugin

I phurchased a license “S4U Slice” plugin
i’m run sketchup 2017 then connect to Trimble and install this plugin but

dialog display

"License Limit Exceeded.
This extension has been installed on too many computers. "

I only have one computer.

please help me

Have you installed it on another SketchUp version? The error message wrongly says computer when it means separate SketchUp installs (computers or versions).
