Urgent help with non responsive sketchup files

Hi everyone,
Having issues with my sketchup pro, when I load any file it appears but is unresponsive. Have tried reinstalling, updating graphics drivers and loading skb files but no change. It started after I downloaded a plugin, which i have since deleted from my files as I thought it was causing the crashing.
With university deadlines a few days away I’m in an urgent need of getting it working again.
Really appreciate any help,

Hi, I deleted it from this location C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins

Update: problem solved by re-installing and cleaning out program files ect.
