My laptop suddenly got turned off while I was saving my sketchup file, the file size seems normal (81 mb), but once I try to open it, the pop-up “Failed to open document” always comes up. I tried to open the SKB file but it still has the same problem, can anyone help me with this, please? Thank you!

Which version are you really using? Is it a cracked version maybe?
