URGENT! Faulty Imported dwg to Sketch Up 2015, PLEASE HELP

Please help, i imported my dwg file into sketchup but there were these seemingly extra lines jutting out everywhere.

The dwg file I meant .

Here it is “flattened” by exporting a parallel projection top view to 2D DWG and re-importing that. The 3D lines were a result of sloppy CAD drawing (the original has had 3D geometry that the lines have snapped to.
