Do i have to install all extension again in 2022 after upgrading from 2021?
Yes. You should do it to make sure you have the current versions of the extensions and that they are installed correctly for SU2022.

Well, maybe you prefer the excitement of chasing loading errors? You could copy your extensions from the older version and paste them. Likely some of the extensions will be out of date and some won’t be installed correctly. Some that require licenses will need to be dealt with.
