Update now won't let me login

I just updated my sketch up from 22 to 23 and now it will not let me open sketch up. I even uninstalled the 22’ version.

I went into my account and manage activations but there is nothing in there that I can use. it will allow me to use 22’ version if I redownload

Sign out from the 2022 version and try again, you are allowed to have sketchup installed on two devices or two versions at the same time, you must have another active sketchup version or on another computer.

I do have a desktop that I was signed in with but the computer is off and has been for about 6 months. should I turn int on and uninstall? thank you

Not necessary to uninstall, just sign out.
