I had a 30day trial. juist bought the pro version. but when I want to log into the desktop sketchup it says complete sign in in browser. but I am logged into the browser got everything ready but I cant use the desktop now. how do I fix this? (also got the pro version on ready on my browser account)
Please try the following to resolve these issues.
Sign out of SketchUp (go to Help > Sign out)
Close SketchUp completely (If you are on a Mac, please be sure to go to your Dock and right click on SketchUp and LayOut and select either Quit or Force Quit. This step not being followed will cause this fix to fail, so please be sure you are closing SketchUp!)
Sign back in and see if this resolves the issue.
If the above fails to resolve your issue please quit out of SketchUp completely and navigate to the login.session.dat file using the pathways below and delete that file:
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2022/
Click the Go menu, and then hold the Option button and you should see “Library” appear in the dropdown, select that folder:
Now you should see Application Support > SketchUp 2022 > Sketchup
