Upcoming Maintenance: Changes to Account Management Portal

In October 2025, we will migrate some SketchUp subscriptions to Trimble’s new Admin Console for managing accounts and products. Bookmark the new Admin Console link to ensure you are directed to the correct portal.

Rest assured, you will still have the same access to your Trimble products that you enjoy today.

We will migrate all product licenses to the new Admin Console over time and in batches. If you purchased some subscriptions via authorized distributors and resellers, you will still manage them through the Account Management Portal for a period of time.

What to Expect

  • Your subscription will be automatically migrated over one of the weekends between October 3, 10 and 17, 2025.

  • This migration will include all monthly and annual Go, Pro, Studio and Sefaira subscriptions purchased on SketchUp.com.

  • On the migration date, all existing users, roles, and license assignments will be migrated. Account Owners and Admins will then be able to assign subscriptions in the new Admin Console portal, which can be accessed at http://accounts.trimble.com, on and after the migration date.

  • Once the migration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Using your existing Trimble ID, you will access your SketchUp applications in a new ’My Products’ interface. You can learn more about it here.

  • If you own multiple subscription offerings from Trimble, they may migrate on different dates. Please continue to manage other product licenses in your current licensing portal until you are notified otherwise.

Limitations During The Migration Period

During the scheduled migration weekends, you will not be able to reassign or revoke licenses from 4 p.m. MT on Friday. This will be lifted before 4 a.m. MT on Monday to minimize disruptions.

October 3rd was a week ago. isn’t this message a bit late?

Last weekend some people came to the forum because of login problems. Was this maintanance the reason for that?

Correct.

There have been email messages about this already, but it doesn’t hurt to post it here too.

I’ve seen no email about this.

I guess you (nor I in fact) haven’t been migrated yet then.

But it’s good to know that it might happen, and that it’ll take some time.

Well, I’m getting internal server error when trying to access the web app, I guess it’s my turn this weekend.

good thing I logged into pro last week, so I’m in the clear. my student is learning on go, I hope we can finish the day ^^

Something like this.

well I had an Internal server error message like this one

but just right now I tried and it’s back on track.

Lucky you, not for me.

my bad, I’m getting the same thing now.

darn.

Understandable, after all we are decades ahead of you and have living dinosaurs.

There was a problem earlier this morning. I think that it is solved now.
