Admin Console 'Products and Licenses 'tab/page not working on Apple devices with OS 26.01

The Account Admin Console page handling the manage/change subscription option is not working using MacOS 26.01. I have loaded Sketchup Pro 2026 and still no luck. Does anyone here have an idea how I can contact Customer Support ? The Automated Chat Assistant is also not working for me. Any help or guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks
