SketchUp Support Migration Update

We are excited to announce that on May 22, 2026, SketchUp Support will officially migrate to the new Trimble Support Center.

This move is part of our commitment to provide a more streamlined and integrated support experience. The new portal will serve as your single destination for consolidating support requests, accessing our Knowledge Base, and engaging in chat, with many additional features to come.

What is changing? When submitting a case to the Trimble Support Center, we will now require customers to log in with their Trimble ID (TID). This helps us deliver a secure and unified experience across your Trimble products.

Why the move? Beyond a modern interface, the Trimble Support Center offers:

  • Enhanced Self-Service: A robust and searchable Knowledge Base on all Trimble Products.
  • Integrated Management: The ability to manage product licenses and support cases in one location via direct links to our Admin Console.
  • Faster Responses: Improved internal tools for our agents to resolve your queries more efficiently.

What do you need to do now? While the migration isn’t until May, we want to ensure you are prepared well in advance:

  • Check for a Trimble ID: If you already use one for other Trimble products, you are one step ahead! You will use the same credentials to log in to the new Trimble Support Center on May 22.

You can continue to submit cases through our standard web form until May 22, at which time the old web form will redirect to the new Trimble Support Center.
