Unable to receive email of invoice

Hi I just purchased SketchUp for higher education. I am a student at orange coast college in Costa Mesa California. I have not received my invoice or confirmation email for the purchased which also means I can’t use my SketchUp. If there is anyone who can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

It is not in my junk.

I also go to check if there is anything in my payment history and it says there hasn’t been any purchases made.

I don’t see a subscription for you, other than a trial and the free version. Did you get this through Creation Engine? You should check with them to see if there is a problem.
