Each time I start the SketchUp 2025 program, the software boots-up just fine - but when I choose what file I’d like to start modeling in, the software crashes or is unable to open any files. Currently using 2025 version and trying to open 2025 SKP models. Moreover, once I select the project I’d like to open, the main dashboard disappears and nothing happens after that. Essentially, once I open a project, SketchUp closes down and the project never opens up.

Same Here and have a deadline soon, Tried to install SU 2026 and same results, even updated the Nvidia drivers but still nada, any ideas how to solve it?
It might help to see a screen recording from both of you showing whats happening, there may be a clue we can spot.
Also worth disabling your plugins folder just to see if it starts up without them loading, then you can track down the offender if that is the case.
You can just rename the plugins folder by putting old at the beginning, a new one will be created.
