Hi there,
I am trying to use the Dimension tool, but it only seems to work on the image that is taking up on the entire back wall. It lets me measure from any point, but if I try to measure any items apart from that, it doesn’t even find the edge, and the rollover states “on face in image” and does not measure.
Any suggestions??
Share the .skp file so we can see exactly what you’ve got.

You’ve turned off the edges in the style. The Dimension tool needs visible edges and endpoints to snap to.
If you’d explode that image and use it as a texture it would be easier to work with and avoid the weird dropping out in certainly views.
I’d be checking why the file is 42mb too.
Box makes a good point. It wouldn’t hurt to purge unused stuff once in awhile.
