Got the same issue as the rest of the community here.
Please see if our domain is whitelisted? (sais.edu.sg)

Thanks for the posts everyone. I appreciate it. I was able to get you added @keith.lim as I was able to find your school website and found everything I needed on there. You are all set to go! Just let me know if you are still seeing issues. If so, we can start troubleshooting.
As for you @Stefan.67, I was not able to locate your site and was unable to verify everything I needed. If you could link me to a website for your school or district that would be great. Once I have that I can get you added to our database and you will be all set!

This is the Site from which you can link to the various schools. We at the education authority are responsible for the schools’ licences. We already had access to SketchUp.

Thanks @Stefan.67. I just added the domain you listed to the database (schulen.li) and you should be all set to go. I am hoping that it is all we needed to do to fix it but if you are still seeing an error please let me know soon so we can start finding a solution for you and your students.
If it is not working I recommend that you take a screenshot with developer mode enabled and the console tab in it selected. I can sometimes get some answers from that and that helps me get a solution to you faster.
Anyway, let me know if you are up and running again or not and we can go from there!
