J’ai souscrit à la version pro de skectup 2019, et depuis je ne peux plus ajouter de matériaux sur mes projets. Je n’ai plus que les matériaux de base… impossible d’ajouter un papier peint, ou un parquet. Quelqu’un sait pourquoi ? Merci de votre réponse !
Qu’est ce qui vous arrive quand vous essayez d’ajouter un materiel nouveau?
rien… je fais clic droit dans “bois” par exemple et ça ne fait rien
Oui, c’est bien different. Moi, j’ai l’option d’une nouvelle teinture:

Guys, the OP has recently taken on a new subscription to SU but seems unable to load new textures. Anyone know why that might be?

These things might be related to permissions…
Be sure to have installed correctly.
Close (all instances of) SketchUp
Double click on the .dmg
Drag the icon in the app folder
Overwrite existing: yes
So that’s reinstalling Sketchup, presumably making sure it is done as administrator, yes?
no, it’s just making sure SU is not running from a removable ‘partition’, which is basically what a dmg is…
dmg’s don’t have full access like an installed app…

Hi ! Thanks!! i tried and it has fixed the problem…but the version of SU is in english langage. When i download it from my SU 2019 pro board, there is only english, not french… Is it possible to change the langage?
It is a differnt program, you need to download and reinstall (getting used to it?)
