Unable to install SketchUp Viewer for WMR/HoloLens

Hello, new to this forum. In trying to install the SketchUp Viewer for WMR/HoloLens I am running into an issue. I click the link from the Trimble my products page and am redirect to the Sketchup Viewer on Microsoft’s website. I am presented with an option to “install on my devices”, I select that and then login using my microsoft account. I get a spinning icon and nothing ever installs. If I cancel, go back and retry I am presented with the following error “It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.”

Any advice on how I can get this install to work would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you have trouble with the onboarding/installation process. of SketchUp Viewer.
Please try and install the application from the Microsoft Store from inside you Hololens device. Once installed, please launch and Sign In using your Trimble ID. That should authorize it on your Hololens device and also enable you to access yout Trimble Connect projects from where you can load and view files.
