Yes, I restarted the PC as well I found a full installer for SketchUp 2023 which ran through without any problem. Then I tried upgrading the 2023 installation through the programm itself with the same result. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for your help!
Probably something in your computer settings, antivirus, firewall or network settings is preventing the SketchUp installer from downloading parts of the install from the Internet. I would recommend that you download the “offline” installer from SketchUp: https://download.sketchup.com/SketchUpFull-2025-0-575-244.exe
and try installing from that.
