Tried to install 2025 10 times now since 2024 said I have to update to continue my subscription but it does not work. It gives me three options at the start: language choice, repair and delete app. None of which work. I was meant to start work 3h ago but it is impossible to even open the application. I even uninstalled all previous versions got 2025 again restarted my pc and still getting this
You can have 24 and 25 (and others) all installed on the same machine.
Can you install 24? Does that one work?
You can download the offline installer, try installing with that (Restart your computer before starting the Installation, don’t forget to right click on the installer file and chose Run as administrator)
What anti-virus software have you got installed? Sometimes they don’t like the files and delete they as the SketchUp installer tries to use them - try disabling it temporarily and running the installer..
You could even try keeping the folder open paste this into the folder bar
C:\Users\alina\AppData\Local\Downloaded Installations\SketchUp 2025\SketchUp
and keep this folder visible as you run the installer it should have these in - if one is appearing then disappearing, then that means something is moving it.
