Unable to geolocate despite being signed in (sketchup thinks I'm not)

The web based features require you to sign in again after 28 days. Trying signing out, then sign in again.

Hi Colin, I tried that the first time but no luck. This time closed SU down, signed back in and that did work.

Web-based services work only in three newest versions of SketchUp Pro (currently 2022, 2021 and 2020). Version 2018 might be out of luck.
