Been having trouble with the geo-location feature. The dialog box says sorry, sign in and I have gone through several times signing in at the manage subscription site. The top-right icon says I am signed in. Still no joy.

Have you tried signing out of SketchUp and then signing back in before going to the Geo-location thing?
That worked. But this has happened before when already signed in. I have muddled through, but wish it didn’t happen in the middle of something.

With the subscription license you need to sign in again every 28 days. Maybe that’s what you’re running into.
