I have Sketchup Studio subscription, and SketchupPro on my computer. I am logged in but when I try to use Geo-Location it comes up with “Sorry! You must be logged in.” I have checked my atatus and it says active til mid 2022. I go to the Account Icon and it is ticked and says I am logged in. So why is it not working?
Have you tried logging out of SketchUp and logging in again?
I encountered the same problem! I could not find a complete solution, so instead i manually input the location longitude and latitude.
