Can't use geolocation

I tried to use Geo-Location > Add Location this morning, and was given a pop-up window about needeing to be logged in. (Pro 2019).

First, though I don’t use this feature frequently, I’ve never seen this warning.

Second, I am logged in, both in SketchUp and Trimble.

Is this a server error?

Try to Sign Out

then close SU, then relaunch and sign in again.
