Unable to export model as 3DS from SketchUp Make

I have a simple model that I would like to export as a 3ds file. When selecting File>Export, the only exporting options I get are Google Earth File (.kmz) or COLLADA File (.dae). I have tried uninstalling and redownloading, and it was unsuccessful. I have exported before, so I am not sure why it isn’t working.

You get the other 3D exporters in the Pro version of SketchUp.

You could try AutoDesk’s FBX Converter to go from Collada to 3DS or FBX:
