Turkish reseller FGA Mimarlık only sends automated expiration emails but completely ignores student license renewal requests and inquiries

Hi everyone,

I need urgent help from Trimble/SketchUp staff regarding the Turkish authorized reseller, FGA Mimarlık.

My student license expires in 5 days. They keep sending me automated emails warning about the expiration, but they completely ignore all my reply emails and updated student certificates. Their system is just a bot and no human is checking their mailbox.

My projects are about to be interrupted because I cannot get a renewal response from them. Could a Trimble moderator please intervene and help me renew my license?

Edu licenses cannot be renewed or prolonged, they are all valid for one year.

Simply buy a new is the way it works.
