It hasn’t been changed in the last 3 days.
Any suggestions?

Thanks Cotty! In my browser 's address bar I have typed it correctly, but incorrectly in the the post:) Sorry!
The strangest thing happens: on my iMac I still getting the same error message with the Sketchup logo on top, but on my MacBook the page loads just perfectly. I suppose I will just follow the course on my laptop. Thank you very much for your help!

What browser are you using ? Have you tried Chrome ?

Safari but now I a have tried it on Chrome. Seems to be fine. Thank you!

I have a student on a Chromebook, using Chrome who is getting the same error.
Does anyone have other things to try or check?
