Trying to activate some extensions and access 3D Warehouse from sketchup 2020

Apple MacBook Pro getting error messages within Sketchup program when trying to use extn tions and 3D Wharehouse. 502 ERROR BAD GATEWAY and 504 ERROR The request could not be satisfied.

Open a browser and go to extension.sketchup.com, log in and download the extension.
Then, in SketchUp, go to [menu]Window->Extension Manager and install the downloaded extension manually (red button on bottom left ‘Install Extension’
If you don’t succeed directly, you might want to close SketchUp and clear the webcache in ~/library/Application Support/SketchUp 20XX/SketchUp
and try again

I have seen some reports about 5xx errors in some SketchUp systems. I’m checking to see if those would affect the warehouse sites.

I heard back already, those other systems that had 5xx errors shouldn’t be affecting 3D Warehouse or Extension Warehouse.

Are the problems still happening?

Yes 504

Thanks Mike but I have owned Sketchup since inception,@Last, think I got that part about 4 years ago. Appreciate the thought. When I started on with Macs in 86 the big thing techs would ask is it plugged in! Many times that was the problem. Extensions are loaded fine no problem but some of my plugins extensions rely on the internet for activation and function. That is not happening.
