"An error occurred when connecting to 3D warehouse"

I’m attempting to add objects form the warehouse to my sketch. It’s failing and I’m not clear why. I’m following the process as outlined in the 3rd tutorial video.

  1. Go to the warehouse
  2. Select the object and
  3. Download direct to sketch

Then it fails. Screen grabs of the error attached.

Any guidance would be wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Which tutorial are you looking at? Oh, this is SketchUp, not my.sketchup.com? OK, this should work. On Mac, I’d start diagnosing netowrk: Open Safari, and go to 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com and try to download that same model, and what happens?
