Hello, I am new to sketchup and I am having a problem. My professor recently said we need to move from the free version to the 30 day trial version of Sketchup Pro. Whenever I press the Try SketchUp button and select “higher education” from the drop down menu a spinning loading symbol will appear and it has been spinning all day. I have tried logging out and restarting my computer but nothing seems to work. If anyone could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated as my final project is on the line.
Thanks for the advice. I completed the download but now when I try to start the application an error message appears that says “We were unable to start your trial. Please try again later.”
There is a problem being investigated at the moment. I posted a work around for now:
