Every time I try to Start my free trial, this message pops up

I’ve been trying to start my free trial but every time I do, It shows a message that says “We were unable to start your trial. Please try again later.” This happened on the 2019 version. When I tried it again after uninstalling the 2019 version and installing the 2020 one, the same thing happened.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I made a classic license that will work until Friday. Hopefully that will be enough time for the trial issues to be fixed. You add a classic license by clicking Add Classic License in the welcome screen, then Add License, and copy and paste in the serial number and authorization code. Click the Add License button.
