Trouble with purchasing an extension

Hello,

I want to purchase the MeshKit extension from the warehouse. I go to the page from within Sketchup and click “purchase”. I get re-directed to a logging in screen, then the extension page reloads and the ‘purchase’ button has been replaced with ‘install’. I never once am asked to provide purchasing information. Then if I install the extension it won’t load because I haven’t registered it on the extension warehouse. I don’t see anywhere I can register an extension. This is quite a frustrating loop that I have gotten into, and I hope there is a solution.

I think you need to go back through the store from within SketchUp and go through the purchase again.

After the purchase is successful, you should be asked to install the extension again. This version of the extension should be licensed for your use.
