Trimble Connect saving issue

Hi, anyone else having save errors in their Trimble Connect account? I’m trying to save my model in Trimble so I can generate a link and share it, but I get this error.

I wonder if a server is having difficulty. I just tried to save a file to my Trimble Connect storage bat can’t because I can’t select a project folder to save it into.

Yes, I get this message as well.

No message here, but unable to save to Trimble Connect - been waiting quite some time and the cloud still has a slash over it.

Tried re-saving it several times but nothing seems to work.

After updating to SketchUp 2026.1 I’ve been able to save to Trimble Connect and generate a link to share. Maybe a red herring but worth a try.

Not sure for the others, but updated to 2026.1 and still no change.

Did you install the update correctly? On Windows that requires right clicking on the installer and selecting Run as administrator.

Cold reboot after update?

I have this issue via the SketchUp web version.

Looks like it has already been resolved. I ran a couple of save tests and everything is OK.

Yes, since about 3 1/2 hours, cloud saving works again
