Not sure if it is a bug or not, but I have had a weird issue occur a couple times. Long story short I work in the office 3 days per week where I work on my laptop, and Thursday/Friday I work from home on my desktop.
I have been using Trimble Connect so I don’t have to transfer files and it has worked great for the most part. However, this week and the last, when I started working from home on the Thursday and would open the file from Trimble Connect it would be an outdated version. The thumbnail would be accurate until I clicked on it and it opened a version from the last time I had been on my desktop. This week I specifically loaded the file from Trimble Connect rather than just clicking on the thumbnail in the recent files section and had the same problem.
I went to SketchUp browser and restored an older save(which I assume is possible on desktop/connect but haven’t seen yet) and then it would work fine. Worth mentioning is that I updated from SU 24 to 25 on both my desktop and laptop within the last week or so, and my desktop is Windows 10 while my laptop is Windows 11.
Is this a known problem or is there something I am doing improperly?
