Trimble / 3D Warehouse login issues

Hi there,

I can’t login to the 3D Warehouse via Trimble, nor can I reset my password. When I click “reset password” and enter my email address, nothing happens - the “reset password” button just fades but then nothing happens, the same screen just remains - no notification that an email has been sent, and no email received to reset.

This is via me opening an existing SketchUp model, going to the 3D Warehouse and trying to login there. I really need to access SketchUp for a client deadline - can anyone help?

What version of SketchUp are you using? Please complete your forum profile.

Can you access the 3D Warehouse directly through your internet browser?

Hi DaveR, I’m using SketchUp Pro 2020 (version 20.2.171).

I’ve just tried and it does allow me to log in via my browser (Chrome) but not from within SketchUp.
