Transparent elements/components

Hello,
I’m new to SketchUp, been using it for a few days for a project. I’m using the free web version on my laptop and all of the sudden my components are transparent. I tried to look through the forum to see how to solve it and people are saying to toggle “K” on the keyboard. However, this doesn’t seem to solve my issue. I would greatly appreciate any help.

not sure if my screenshots are uploading

Download the .skp file to your computer and then share it with us so we can see exactly what you have set up and help you fix it.

says file is too big. Any other way?

Upload the file to DropBox or We Transfer and share the link.

Too big might be part of your problem.

Part of the problem is the large area the model covers and part of it is that you have the Camera set to Parallel Projection. Set the Camera to Perspective.

I cleaned up the model, fixing incorrect tag usage and purging unused stuff.

Interesting hobby model, by the way.

Thank you so much!
This might be a weird question, I’ve never used DropBox before so maybe thats why lol, but it says that I “cant load this file type” that the file is “unsupported here.” Do you know how I access the link you sent?

If you click on the link it should give you a download option just like yours did for me.

Do I have to have the app version of SketchUp versus the web? It gives me options to download onto Acrobat, Word, etc but I’m not sure how to download back onto my SketchUp tab

Download the .skp file and then open the web version in your browser. From there choose Open from device.

Since you are a hobby user, no. You can use the web version.

What are you planning to do with this model once you have it complete?

Got it. Sorry for my incompetence with this. I really appreciate your help.

I’m doing a project with my local city and university to redesign some high-injury intersections in my city. There was no specific application that was required to be used and since I don’t have experience with much else, I decided SketchUp was best for me.

I will take screenshots of the model and probably use InDesign to create some sort of deliverable.

This sounds something that would better be done in SketchUp for desktop and LayOut.

I have two other intersections to work on so I will definitely check it out. Thanks for all the help. Much appreciated
