Student here new to sketch up. I don’t know what’s going on… Shortcuts stopped working, and all my tools keep staying activated when I’m trying to select a different tool (See photos), and I’ll keep selecting different tools to try and reset it, but the pool of activated tools just gets bigger. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
That is very odd. My guess is it is one of the strange things that happen when windows hasn’t installed it correctly.
Try this.
Close sketchup and layout.
Find the installation .exe, probably in your downloads folder. (if you don’t have it download a fresh copy from sketchup.
Select it then right click on it and choose Run as Administrator. (this is not the same as being an admin)
Follow the prompts and when asked select Repair and follow along.
Once finished reboot your computer and try Sketchup again.

Thank you for your help, I’ve done exactly that so hopefully that does fix any bugs it had. I did fail to mention that Podium Extension is installed… but hopefully that wasn’t the cause of it.
