Toggle Terrain Disabled

Hello, im having problems trying to use Toggle Terrain with a Geolocation, i have grabbed my terrain (which is on the pacific coast ) but when I try to use Toggle Terrain it is just disabled
I tried grabbing another terrain ( inland ) and toggle terrain is enabled and working fine.
Does this mean I cannot grab terrains on the coast?
Can I fix this?

I have sketchup Pro 2018

Most likely it means that Digital Globe doesn’t have terrain for that location.
