uhhh… this looks like a pdf cadastral map. not a view of a sketchup model
it’s the saturday night fever rising up I’d say
in the new terrain import tool, you have to actively choose if you want the 3d terrain to import or just the 2d photo. could it be the issue ?
What version of SketchUp are you using? Please update and complete your forum profile.

Wonderful! Lots of unneeded information and still no SketchUp version.
In any case, either your post has nothing to do with SketchUp or you are using a version of SketchUp that does not support importing terrain with the Add Location feature. The only versions of SketchUp that do support importing terrain with the Add Location function don’t support Windows 7.
