Tickets closed with no resolution

I have tried to contact support via phone only to recieve a message to leave a message and someone will review it. This was done with still no responce.

The phone contact was only pursued, after tickets were closed with no resolution, as well as the disputes to those tickets via opening the ticket and requesting reopening of ticket.

As the support issue that I am continuing to ask for help with is a payment issue of which I believe. I was unfairly charged several hundreds of dollars that no one seems to want to discuss with me so this is a fyi for all that wonder if sketchup actualy has good customer support or cares about there products.
Please tag this post if you have had issues as well inorder to make this type of practice noticed.

An email that they solved your issue and a closed ticket update right after you submit a ticket isnt a support system.

Why do you believe you were unfairly charged?

Even if the ticket was closed, if you respond to the email, the ticket will reopen.
