A client has sent through a sketchup file, am able to open it in the viewer, and on pro on another laptop, but unable to open it on my go plan web application, any ideas?

After using Purge, the model dropped to 156 MB from 319 MB.
It’s not enough to upload directly to SketchUp Go, but you can use SketchUp Pro to publish the model in Trimble Connect, and then open it in SketchUp Go (web).

I fixed a bit your model, you had materials that were huge, some of them were just plane colors at 4K.
It has a lot of loose geometry and back faces exposed, I remodeled one of the stools so you can check how it should be done. It´s 65 Mb now.
