You could try reinstalling SketchUp however I wouldn’t be real confident that it would change anything. Doing a repair of the installation won’t hurt anything, though. Reme,ber to right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator, then the Repair option. After that, do a power-off reboot.

Well, that’s something, anyway.So what is blocking access on your laptop. I’m guessing there’s some ad blocker or anti-virus type thing running that needs to have Trimble Connect and SketchUp whitelisted.
I think it was actually the way that I had signed in to Trimble. Honestly, it’s a bit over my head! LOL But if I use Chrome to sign in, everything works, if I use Edge it doesn’t. My work uses Edge usually, but I like Chrome better anyway. Thanks for your help!
